4. To ensure the sharpness of the cutting edge of the tool, it is necessary to regularly inspect the tool to ensure its sharpness and reduce unnecessary damage to other components caused by blunt or missing blade edges

5. When replacing cutting tools, the gap between the moving and fixed blades should be 0.8mm for crushers above 20HP and 0.5mm for crushers below 20HP. The thinner the recycled material, the larger the gap can be adjusted appropriately

6. Before the second start-up, the remaining debris in the machine room should be cleared to reduce start-up resistance. The inertia cover and pulley cover should be opened regularly to remove the ash outlet under the flange, as the powder discharged from the plastic crusher room enters the shaft bearing

7. The machine should be well grounded

8. Regularly check whether the plastic crusher belt is loose and tighten it in a timely manner

Precautions for using Dongguan plastic crusher

1. Before starting, the transmission wheel should be manually moved one or two turns to check whether the rotating knife runs flexibly and reliably, whether there is any collision in the crushing chamber, whether the rotation direction of the rotor after starting is consistent with the direction indicated by the machine arrow, and whether the lubrication of the power machine and plastic crusher is good before starting. Wait for the crusher to operate normally before crushing the plastic. After starting, it should be kept idling for 2-3 minutes without any abnormal phenomena before feeding.

2. Pay attention to the operation of the plastic crusher at all times during work. Firstly, the feeding should be uniform to prevent blockage of the crushing chamber; Secondly, do not overwork for long periods of time. If vibration, noise, high temperature of bearings and machine body, or spraying of materials are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing to work. Prevent overload. Strictly prevent unbreakable objects such as metal and wood from falling into the machine. During operation, it is important to pay attention to the temperature of the bearings, ensure that they maintain good lubrication, and check for any abnormalities in sound and vibration. 3. Check if the particle size of the crushed product meets the requirements. If there are too many particles larger than the specified size, the cause should be identified (such as large gaps between the sieve strips, wide discharge ports, whether there are gaps in the sieve due to material support, etc.), and appropriate measures should be taken to eliminate them

4. Before stopping the operation, the feeding should be stopped and the materials in the machine should be drained before cutting off the power supply of the motor.

5. When the crusher is stopped, it is necessary to check whether the fastening bolts are firm, the degree of wear on the parts that are prone to wear, and whether the worn parts should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner.

6. The safety device of the crusher should be kept in good condition and must not be invalidated for the sake of convenience.

Structure and working principle of crusher
