2. Equipped with a precision electronic temperature controller, it can accurately control the water temperature within+3 ℃ to+50 ℃.

3. The uniquely designed condenser and radiator have excellent heat transfer efficiency.

4. Equipped with a stainless steel open water tank, it is easy and fast to clean and repair.

5. This machine is equipped with safety devices such as current overload protection, high and low voltage suppression, and electronic time delay

6. When a malfunction occurs, issue an alarm and display the cause of the malfunction at any time.

Configuration

1. Compressor: 220V single-phase Panasonic compressors are used for 2HP and below; 6HP and below (single head or dual head or composed of multiple heads) use American Taikang or American Gulun brand compressors; 8HP single head adopts Mitsubishi compressor from Japan; Mitsubishi Heavy Industries compressors are used for 10HP and above

2. Condenser: Shell and tube condenser adopts (imported high-efficiency threaded copper tube) sleeve type

3. Evaporator: 15HP and below adopt coil type (copper tube adopts high-purity steel tube imported from Taiwan, wound 16 times); Shell and tube evaporator is used for temperatures above 15HP (excluding 15HP) (Note: If using a closed water tank, it is recommended to use a shell evaporator)

4. Water pump: using Taiwan Yuanli brand

5. Dry filter: using American ALCO

6. Temperature control meter: Made in Italy under the brand Inivili

7. Electrical appliances: using Taiwan Shilin brand or Germany Schneider

8. High and low voltage gauges: using Taiwan Jiver

9. Fault display board: using a single chip

10. Sheet metal: Made of 2mm thick A3 steel plate? Windshield 1.2mm

11. Paint: Using automotive paint

12. Management: All pipes are made of copper and seamlessly welded together

Remarks and Explanation

1. The cooling capacity is based on: chilled water inlet and outlet temperatures of 12 ℃/7 ℃, and cooling inlet and outlet temperatures of 30 ℃/35 ℃

2. Scope of work: Temperature range of chilled water: 5 ℃ to 35 ℃; Temperature difference between inlet and outlet of chilled water: 3 ℃ to 8 ℃. Used in environments where the condensation temperature does not exceed 35 ℃. If there are any changes to the above parameters or dimensions, no further notice will be given*
