Characteristics of the granulator

One of the supporting equipment for the production method of plastic extrusion granulator and water drawing rod, it is an important component of the granulation unit. Its function is to cool the strip-shaped plastic material extruded by granulation through the water tank, and then the granulator itself pulls the pressure roller at a constant speed to feed it into the high-speed rotating cutting blade and cut it into plastic particles. This machine adopts tungsten steel material with high toughness and hardness, effectively reducing the damage and wear of rotating blades under impact loads. At the same time, it is equipped with a traction roller gap adjustment device, which can adapt to the needs of plastic particles of different sizes.
